Contact form (name, e-mail, message); applications sent from the careers page (name, e-mail, phone, country, languages, CV); affiliate programme accounts (name, e-mail, billing and payment details).

Use

Answering your messages, reviewing applications and getting back to you, running the affiliate programme and paying commissions.

Recipients

RankoGroup teams. Technical processor: Cloudflare (hosting, CV storage, e-mail). No data is sold.

Retention

Messages: up to 3 years. Unsuccessful applications: up to 2 years. Accounting data: the legal period (10 years).

International transfers

RankoGroup LLC and its host Cloudflare are based in the United States. Transfers of data from the European Union rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to contact@rankogroup.com. You may also contact your data-protection authority.

Cookies
