Purpose

These terms govern the use of the RankoGroup website, which presents the group’s B2B software, its affiliate programme and its job openings.

Group products

Each product (RankoPress, RankoWeb) has its own terms, published on its website. They apply as soon as you create an account or place an order on that product.

Affiliate programme and recruitment

The affiliate programme is governed by the terms published in the affiliate area. Applications sent from the careers page bind neither the applicant nor RankoGroup until a contract is signed.

Use of the site

You agree not to disrupt the site or try to access non-public parts of it. Published information is given for guidance and may change.

Liability

RankoGroup does its best to keep the site available and accurate, without being able to guarantee this at all times. Links to other sites are provided for convenience.

Applicable law

The laws of the State of New Mexico (United States) apply. Before any legal action, we look for an amicable solution with you. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain applicable.
